THE ART OF PLAY WORKSHOP

A morning of inner connection, play and discovery in the Alchemies Studio. The session flows with the group, a conversation and exploration around the movement of energy, our expression and its translation into sound, and healing. We will unpack some of the myths around sound healing to discover how to play the bowls in relationship with them. We can also learn about their creation, intention and various alchemical manifestations. No workshop is the same, and this is reflected in the different bowls that align with the uniqueness of each group formation.
Once completed, participants wanting to use the bowls professionally can go on to complete the best-practice training, enabling them to certify as practitioners and gain professional indemnity insurance.
The session completes around 2pm and studio remains open for attendees to view and purchase from the Gallery and Shop until 2:30pm*

Location: Bentley Estate, Harveys Lane, Lewes, East Sussex
During the morning, we will be standing and sitting on the floor. If you have any mobility issues, please let us know so we can make the space comfortable for you.
We will conclude the session with a peaceful sound bath for deep rest and nourishment.

The studio will remain open for half an hour after the session for anyone wanting to view and purchase individual alchemy crystal singing bowls or alchemy guardian sets. This is not a substitute for a private consultancy session, as other participants may be there. The gallery closes promptly at 2:30 pm. *Vouchers must be used within the calendar year of attendance.
