Refund Policy

To help ensure that the Crystal Singing Bowls you choose are right for you, we offer a free advisory service, including audio and visual recordings. If you require additional confirmation before purchasing, you may book a one-to-one appointment with Genevra in person to play the bowls. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind unless explicitly agreed upon with Genevra before purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights if the bowl is damaged or broken upon arrival.


Quality Assurance

All our bowls undergo quality checks before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition and free from faults.

Natural Flaws and Imperfections

Due to the complex creation process and unique composition of Crystal Singing Bowls, they may exhibit natural imperfections such as:

  • Air bubbles

  • Marks

  • Chips

  • Spiderweb lines

  • Irregular textures

These natural characteristics do not affect the sound or value of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. We cannot accept responsibility for breakages after the bowl has been unpackaged. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their bowl is insured against accidental damage.

If you wish for us to assess a damaged bowl for potential re-birthing/healing, please contact us.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong bowl, please notify us immediately by email. We will arrange a courier collection and send a replacement as soon as possible.

Receiving Your Order:

  • Inspect the packaging upon delivery.

  • If the packaging is damaged, do not sign for the item until you have checked its contents.

  • Open the box in the presence of the courier and sign only if your order is intact.

  • If the packaging is damaged, take a photograph before opening the box.

If the bowl arrives broken, you must return it in its original packaging for a full refund or credit note.


Incorrectly Supplied Items

If you receive a bowl that does not match your order in alchemy blend, size, or note, please notify us immediately. We will arrange collection and redelivery. If we cannot supply the correct bowl, we will issue a full refund once the incorrect bowl is returned. Please ensure the bowl is repacked in the exact packaging it arrived in.


Broken Upon Arrival

You must notify us immediately if the packaging is damaged upon arrival. We require photographic evidence of:

  1. The damaged outer box before opening

  2. The inner packaging

  3. The bowl itself within its original packaging

If the bowl is broken, you must return it in its original, unopened packaging. We will arrange for a courier to collect the sealed box. Upon receiving the broken bowl, we will offer either:

  • A full refund

  • A credit note to purchase another bowl


Faulty Bowls

If you experience any issues playing your Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl due to its natural formation or a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.

Returns for Faulty or Unplayable Bowls:

  • Within 7 days of receipt: If the bowl is unplayable due to natural formation, we will issue a credit note.

  • Within 7 days of receipt: If the bowl has a manufacturing defect, we will offer a full refund or replacement, as required by UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015). However, we will require photographic evidence and may request the return of the bowl for inspection before processing any refund or replacement. Faults must be reported within this timeframe, as any genuine defect will be apparent upon receipt.

  • If the bowl has been damaged by the customer (e.g., dropped or mishandled): We cannot offer a refund or replacement. Any claims for manufacturing faults must be supported by photographic evidence and an assessment of the damage.

It is your responsibility to return the bowl in perfect condition using its original packaging with additional padding to ensure safe transport.


Returns from Outside the UK Due to Import Charges

For international purchases, it is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of import regulations and charges in their country. If you refuse to pay import fees and the parcel is returned to us, the following applies:

  • Returns due to unpaid import charges may take months to process due to customs delays.

  • We will issue a refund or credit note, minus:

    • The cost of return shipping

    • A 15% restocking fee

This policy ensures that all returns are handled fairly while maintaining our commitment to quality and service.
