If you live in the UK or Europe, the delivery is complimentary. Delivery  usually takes between 1-4 working days. We can offer a Saturday delivery service for an  additional charge. Please let us know by email when you place your order, and we will calculate  the charge depending on the delivery's weight, size and location.  

We have very competitive prices for international deliveries. The price is calculated at checkout or we can quote you for this. 

As standard, we use DPD for deliveries within the UK and UPS or FedEx for deliveries abroad. If  you have a preferred courier, please ask us to use them when you place your order.  We offer a 20% discount on all our alchemy bowls delivered outside the UK for tax reasons. This  will help balance the importing charges you may be required to pay in your home country. 

We take great care when we pack the bowls and use only the most trusted courier companies to deliver our Alchemies.

Ou Alchemies Studio located in East Sussex and we encorage those of you in the UK to come and expereince the bowls by appointment only.

We offer Alchemy Consultations with Genevra.

We include generous discounts on all sets with 3+ Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Any additional  cases are discounted by 25% when purchased with an Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl. You can  reserve a bowl with a 50% deposit (transferable though non-refundable). We also offer repayment  options with Klarna. 

We stock bespoke travel cases for protection when travelling with bowls. We recommend that you  have the bowls insured and always follow our guidelines on how to pack the bowls safely, which  you can find the details of on your private client login page. Hard cases can be checked into hold  luggage on an aeroplane. However, this is always at your own risk. Many of our clients will take  their bowls in a bag in the cabin on the plane if they can fit into a smaller case. If you have a large  collection, you may have them couriered to your destination ahead of you.  

We always have Guardian Sets available to choose from. We also work with clients worldwide to  create bespoke signature sets for practitioners, loved ones, international spas, hotels, wellbeing  studios, and all those deeply drawn to playing the bowls.
