Referral Terms & Conditions
By joining the Crystal Singing Bowls UK Referral Programme, you agree to the following terms.
In these terms, "partner" means an individual or business approved to participate in the Crystal Singing Bowls UK Referral Programme, and "customer" means a person who makes a purchase through a partner's unique referral code or link.
1. Invitation only
The Crystal Singing Bowls UK Referral Programme is currently by invitation only. Crystal Singing Bowls UK reserves the right to approve, decline, or withdraw any partner at its sole discretion.
2. How the referral programme works
Approved partners will receive a unique referral code and referral link to share with people they would like to introduce to Crystal Singing Bowls UK.
When someone purchases an eligible Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl using that referral code or link, the partner will receive a referral payment.
3. Referral reward
Partners receive £100 for every eligible Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl purchase made through their unique referral code or link.
The reward applies to Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls only, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The reward does not apply to Pre-Loved bowls, accessories, mallets, wands, cases, stands, shipping, gift cards, taxes, import charges, services, events, courses, or any other products.
4. Eligible referrals
A referral is eligible when:
the customer uses the partner's unique code or link at the time of purchase;
the order includes an eligible Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl;
the order is successfully completed and paid for;
the order is accepted by Crystal Singing Bowls UK;
the order is not cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed;
the partner has not referred themselves;
the referral has been made honestly and in good faith.
Each customer may only make one eligible referral purchase. A customer who has previously purchased through any referral code or link is not eligible for a further referral reward.
Crystal Singing Bowls UK reserves the right to decide whether a referral qualifies.
5. Refunds, returns and order issues
Referral rewards are only payable on valid completed orders for eligible Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
If a referred order is cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed, charged back, incorrectly supplied, damaged upon arrival, or otherwise reversed in line with our Refund Policy, the referral reward will not be paid.
If a referral reward has already been paid and the related order is later refunded, reversed, or found not to qualify, Crystal Singing Bowls UK may deduct the amount from future referral rewards or request repayment.
Customer refunds, returns, replacements, credit notes, damaged items, faulty items, incorrectly supplied items, international returns, and import charge issues are handled separately under the Crystal Singing Bowls UK Refund Policy.
6. Payment
Referral rewards are paid through our referral platform and/or payment provider.
Partners will need to provide correct payment details before rewards can be paid.
Rewards will usually become available once the referred order has been completed and any relevant refund, return, dispute, or order issue period has passed (30 days).
Referral rewards are only payable while the programme is active. If the programme is paused, ended, or a partner's participation is withdrawn, no further rewards will be payable from that point.
7. Referral dashboard
Partners will be given access to a private dashboard where they can track their referrals and rewards.
Dashboard information is confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
Dashboard information is for guidance only. Final approval of referral rewards remains with Crystal Singing Bowls UK.
8. Sharing your referral code
Partners must not make false claims, misleading statements, or promises on behalf of Crystal Singing Bowls UK.
Partners must not present themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Crystal Singing Bowls UK unless agreed in writing.
Your link and code are for personal sharing only. Do not submit them to discount or voucher sites.
When sharing on social media, posts should reflect the integrity of The Alchemies® and Crystal Singing Bowls UK brand. We suggest no more than one or two posts or stories per month.
9. Misuse
Crystal Singing Bowls UK may withhold rewards or remove a partner from the programme if we believe there has been misuse of the referral programme.
This includes, but is not limited to:
self-referrals;
fake or duplicate referrals;
misleading promotion;
spam;
unauthorised discounts;
dishonest behaviour;
activity that may damage the reputation of Crystal Singing Bowls UK.
10. Changes to the programme
Crystal Singing Bowls UK may update, pause, or end the referral programme at any time.
This includes changes to referral rewards, eligibility, payment methods, or programme rules.
11. Tax
Partners are responsible for any tax or other obligations relating to referral rewards they receive.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
