Delivery & Shipping

UK Delivery

When we courier our bowls, we pack them using EcoFlo®, an environmentally friendly packaging material that is 100% biodegradable, fully compostable, and made from renewable sources. This protective material molds around your products, settling immediately when placed in the box, preventing the goods from shifting during transit. For smaller bowls under 8” that do not come with a case, we ensure they are double-boxed and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

All of our deliveries are fully insured against loss or damage from door to door. We use DPD for deliveries across England, and shipping is free of charge. 

For all orders paid in full at checkout by a debit or credit card, deliveries will arrive within 2-4 days (Monday to Friday).

A signature will be required upon delivery, and if you’ve provided a contact mobile number, DPD will send you a text message with a one-hour time slot for delivery. You’ll also have the option to adjust this time slot if needed.

If you’re ordering a bespoke item that is not currently in stock, additional delivery charges may apply, and the delivery time may vary. Please feel free to get in touch with us for more information and a delivery quote.

European and International Delivery

We ship all over the world.

The Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are delivered to Europe free of charge via courier. Our preferred couriers are FedEx or UPS. We aim to send your goods within 3 days of receiving your order. 

We have accounts with all major international courier companies. Please let us know after you have immediately after placing your order if you have a preferred courier. 

The shipping cost for the rest of the world is calculated based on weight and destination of your order. This will be calculated at checkout.

Special Delivery Requests

If you have any special requests for your shipping, for example morning deliveries in the UK, Saturday deliveries or express international deliveries. Please get in touch
