Since 2012, I have been creating the unique Guardian Sets® and sharing them with the world. The sets are designed for people to create beautiful sound scapes, inner connection, healing and musicality. It is a process that is deeply intuitive, guided by sound, awareness, and a knowing of what feels true. The Guardian Sets have a distinct quality, shaped by the energy in which they come together.

The Alchemies Studio is dedicated to healing and connection. Built as a stables building for horses, its foundations are deeply settled in the beautiful Sussex countryside, renovated with an intuitive design and filled with quartz, gemstones, sound, and clarity. This space holds everything that is needed, creating an environment where I can feel into the sets, allowing them to form in harmony—without force, without calculation—guided only by a sense of alignment and completeness.

Each set begins when a particular bowl draws my attention. There is something in its presence—its sound, its resonance, or a feeling that arises within—that signals the start of a new set. From there, I play other bowls, listening to how they respond to one another, allowing the next bowl to reveal itself through harmony and relationship rather than reasoning.

As the process unfolds, more bowls may be added—sometimes a set forms with just three or four bowls, while other times it expands to seven, ten, or more. It is never about numbers but about a felt sense of wholeness, a response to a calling.

The process is fluid, with bowls sometimes being exchanged or entire collections released until the right balance is found. There is always a moment of clarity—an inner knowing that the set is complete.

Once the set has come together, I step back and take in the whole. Some collections align naturally into harmonic chords, while others do not, yet each set always carries a completeness of its own. Naming the set is an extension of this process—something that arises as I play the bowls together, revealing the essence of what they hold.

Often, a short reading follows, offering insight into the qualities and purpose of the set and the Guardian it is destined for. I call this the reflection, for I know it is not about what the bowls can do for you—it is an invitation, from somewhere deep within, to see something else. A moment of recognition, a guiding note for you and for others, a glimpse of the path that lies ahead.

Each Guardian Set has a home waiting for it somewhere in the world. The process of bringing them together is one of trust, listening, and allowing. The Alchemies Studio holds everything that is needed, and my role is simply to follow the calling and let the sets form as they are meant to. There is no calculation—only a deep sense of connection, alignment, and wholeness.

Before they begin their journey, I photograph and record each set, capturing their presence and sound so they can be experienced in their fullness. Each has a video for you to receive the energy and sound of—though, as always, they sound and feel so much more incredible in person.
